About the Book.

     I enjoy running, and a lot of times when
  I run, my mind/brain/whatever takes/makes
  notes. Sometimes the notes are still in my
  head when I have finished the run. A few
  times I have even managed to write them
  down before I shower.

 

 

 There, now you know about the book...I enjoy running. OK OK OK - maybe there is actually a little more to it than just running. You see, my partner Preman has had much to do with this book. He spent heaps of time translating my talking of it into English. And Preman, he is good; he takes good care of me.

 You should probably also know that Swami Arame asked me questions about what I had written. Oh, and I asked Swami Ma Garden-Party to make comments - and yep, she made a lot of comments!

 Hooohaaa. Now is a good time to give a little kiss to Swami Mamaku-Mum, Swami Ma Puawananga, Swami Khanastenabulat, Swami Ma Weka Fossicking In Forsythia, Swami Ma Petunia, Swami Seaside Resort Roadside Flower, Swami Ma Pussy Willow, Swami Kauri and “The Boys”.

 Honestly, now you really do know just about as much about the book as I do.
